Mason Xie, Ph.D., P.E., is the Chairman/CEO at ASE
Engineering Services, Inc. with over 20 years of experience in
various aspects of Project Management, Engineering Design and
Inspection. Mr. Xie is a Certified Threshold Inspector in the State
of Florida and registered Professional Engineer in the State of
Florida, Utah and North Carolina. He received his Ph.D. in
Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Utah and has
published ten papers in the structural field. Mr. Xie has also
taught at the Huqiao University.
Engineering Services, Inc. with over 20 years of experience in
various aspects of Project Management, Engineering Design and
Inspection. Mr. Xie is a Certified Threshold Inspector in the State

Florida, Utah and North Carolina. He received his Ph.D. in

Wenyi Hu, Ph.D., P.E., is the Vice President at ASE Engineering
Services, Inc. with over 20 years of experience in various
aspects of Project Management, Engineering Design and
Inspection. Mr. Hu is registered Professional Engineer in sixteen
(16) states. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil/Structural
Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
